About 20 years ago, during new ceramic boom, our company was established based on new techniques of ceramics & various kinds of metals.

After that, we responded to the needs of many inorganic material brazing after continuing improvement of Molybdan Mangan metalizing process for aluminum ceramic and glass bonding technique.

We supply products to each customer who prepares ceramic or metal parts, about the metal parts we discuss the kinds & design in advance.

It's also possible for us to prepare the metal parts.

4 typical processes:

 
In case of bonding alumina less than 99.5% with kovar or inconel metal
 
Mo-Mn process at 1280~1350°c
Bonding with brazing alloys
 
 
In case of bonding ceramics like Si3N4・SiC・AIN・ZrO2 Sapphire with metals like kovar, molybdun, copper
 
Metalizing with alloys containing active metal elements at
950~1250° c

Bonding with silver brazing alloys or gold
brazing alloys

 
 
 
In case of plain surface to plain surface bonding with various ceramics & metals
 
Bonding with alloys containing active metal elements at 900~1000°c
 
 
 
In case of plain surface to plain surface bonding with pure aluminum &
